Registration


The registration fee includes lunch on working days of the conference, coffee breaks and documentation and supporting material, among others.
However, it does not include accommodation or transportation.
The conference dinner, extra papers, extra pages, escorts, additional copies of documentation and social program are optional items.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
Each registration allows the presentation and publication of a maximum of one paper.
For additional papers, authors will be required to pay an extra paper fee, with a limit of one supplementary publication.
A registration grants conference participation to only one person.
Payments from countries outside the European Union must be made by Credit Card with Stripe or PayPal, and never by bank transfer.

Payment Instructions:
1. One of the authors must register in the registration (link bottom).
2. Then, log in to the application using the chosen login credentials and password (on the upper right corner and register on system).
3. Select the item you wish to pay for.
4. In your account area, a pro forma invoice for the amount to be paid will appear.
5. Proceed with the payment immediately or log back into the registration system later to complete the payment.
6. Complete the payment.
7. At the end of the payment process, please send the payment receipt to the conference email and indicate the system used to make the payment. Additionally, you must upload this receipt in your payment area.
